All reservations are confirmed based on room availability and an advance payment. The remaining balance (if any) must be settled upon check-in or checkout, according to the booking terms selected. We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and standard digital payment methods.
Our standard check-in time is 12:00 PM, and checkout time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and may incur an extra charge. Guests are required to present a valid form of identification (such as a Passport, Aadhar Card, or Driving License) upon arrival.
Cancellations must be communicated to the hotel directly via email or phone. Bookings canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date may be eligible for a refund, minus processing fees. Late cancellations or no-shows are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise during peak season terms.
Children under 5 years of age can share a bed with their parents at no extra charge. Extra beds or mattresses for older children and extra adult guests are available upon request and will incur an additional nightly fee. Please request these at the time of booking to ensure availability.
We aim to maintain a peaceful, family-oriented environment. Guests are expected to observe quiet hours and respect other visitors. Any willful or negligent damage caused to hotel property, in the rooms, or in common areas, will be assessed and billed directly to the guest's account.
Hotel Maheshwari Avenue reserves the right to deny admission or refuse service or accommodation in situations where guests display unacceptable behavior, refuse to follow hotel policies, or present a risk to the wellbeing of staff or other guests.
